How do I access the mobile app?

To access the The Super Playbook 2025 mobile app, you will need to download the The Event App by EventsAIR from the Apple Store or Google Play.

Once you have downloaded the app, you will be met with the screen to enter the app code,please enter EVENTCODE to access the conference app.

Once you have entered the app code you will have access to the conference where you can login with the below details.

How do I access the Virtual Conference?

1. When does The Super Playbook 2025 start?

The event is scheduled to take place on 4 July 2025. 

2. Where is the event being held?

The venue is the Park Hyatt, located at 7 Hickson Rd, The Rocks NSW 2000 and online.

3. Will I receive a tax invoice after registration?

Yes, a tax invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email upon successful payment. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

4. Will I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes, all attendees will receive a certificate of attendance after the event, which can be used for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

5. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be submitted in writing before the deadline specified in the event terms. Depending on the time of cancellation, a partial refund or credit for a future event may be available.

6. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Refunds are available under certain conditions. If you cancel before the deadline, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the final cut-off date.
